Service instructions for passengers with visual impairment

Passengers carrying a guide dog are required to carry with themselves the [User Certificate] or [Completion Certificate of Guide Dog Training] for inpsection;

The certified guide dog or puppy guide dog in training could acompany the totally blind or the dog trainer in the passenger cabin for free. However, the following rules are supposed to be followed:

  A During flight, the guide is required to be seated at the foot of the master;
B During flight, no food or water is allowed to be provided to the guide dog.

The guide dog or puppy guide dog carried by passengers with visual impairment could be brought into the cabin without wearing a mask;

4 In accordance with the regulations of Bureau of Animal and Plant Health Inspection and Quarantine, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan, for animals entering regions like Kinmen, Matsu and Penghu, a Quarantine Certificate is required to be submitted. See relevant regulations in theBureau of Animal and Plant Health Inspection and Quarantine, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan;
5 Given that the number of unaccompanied passengers with visual impairment are restricted on each flight, please perform the reservation procedures in advance before boarding;

Passengers carrying a guide dog in international airlines are required to carry with themselves in advance the relevant Quarantine Certificates required by related countries for inpsection;

After performing relevant procedures, the unaccompanied passengers with visual impairment will be assisted by special personnel designated by our company for departure.
