TransAsia Airways has prepared payable stretcher service for passengers. The passengers who need stretcher service on account of illness or incapability of being seated the whole journey could submit an application in advance. Only one passenger could enjoy stretcher service in one flight. |

2 Passengers applying for stretcher service are required to submit Airworthy Certification drawn by a doctor on which special precautions during the flight must be specified. The Airworthy Certification must be signed by the doctor and sealed by the administration office of the hospital. The period of validity of the certification is 7 days since the day of signature;
3 During the flight the stretcher passenger must be accompanied by at least one adult (companion or doctor) who could provide appropriate medical care and assistance;
4 The types and brands of electronic medical equipments which could be brought on board after being approved by the company: |

| Additional oxygen service is provided by TransAsia Airways. The passengers applying for oxygen service are supposed to contact with the reservation center of our company (449-8123) and submit Airworthy Certification drawn by a doctor within 7 days for boarding. |

2 During the flight the relevant passenger must be accompanied by at least one medical personnel who would be seated by the passenger and provide appropriate medical care and assistance;
3 Passenger using on-board additional oxygen service must purchase another nearby seat for setting the oxygen cylinder; the oxygen cylinder will be additionally charged;
4 This passenger can not be arranged at a seat which is at the emergency exit or might block emergency escape route. |
