Notice of Dissolution of TransAsia Airways Corporation

To：All Creditors of TransAsia Airways Corporation
Please be advised that a motion to dissolve TransAsia Airways Corporation
(hereinafter referred as “TransAsia”) was passed by shareholders of
TransAsia at a special shareholders meeting on JAN. 11, 2017.
Pursuant to Article 327 of Company Act of Taiwan (R.O.C), the liquidators
are required to urge all creditors to claim their rights. Hence, the
liquidators of TransAsia are now publishing a Notice in the National
Edition of Commercial Times from FEB. 16 to FEB. 18, 2017 for three
consecutive days to notify all creditors that they may declare their rights
of claims. Please note that all claims must be received within three months
starting from the date of the first publication of such notice (hereinafter
referred as “the claim period”). Otherwise, such claim will be barred.
As you are the creditors known to the liquidators, for the ease of
calculation, please fill out the Liquidation Claim Form attached to this
Notice and send it with all supporting evidences to our Liquidators within
the claim period. The mailing Address is

any creditor failing to declare his rights of claims
within the claim period will not be included in the liquidation.
Passengers or travel agents who have already submitted an application for
ticket refunds do NOT need to use the afore-said procedure for re-claiming.
The valid date of Claim Period shall be subject to the date of receipt of
the Liquidation Claim Form by TransAsia.
